Let me tell you what happened to me today. I started consulting for medical offices again...while assessing the office I found the medical charts had not been purged since 2000. While explaining my plans of bringing in supportive team members to help with the task I reached over and I pulled a chart....one chart out of thousands of charts. When I opened the chart to verify that this patient had not been seen in the office since 2001 I noticed the patients name....Zoe Stone....yep it was our Zoe Stone..... just like I said..."Oh My Stars!" What are the chances? What kind of sign or message could this be?? All I know is that it put goose bumps all over me :)
